My apologies for the missing news post last Saturday, I’ve had a full plate for the last few weeks. I’ve been advised that I should start hyping my upcoming gigs earlier sooo … Come one, come all to my show at The Cellar next month, February 12. Doors open at 7pm, sets are at 8:30 & 10:15, $10 cover.

Although this wasn’t one of my resolutions, my recent month long trip to Montreal, Toronto, New York, and the subsequent 10 pounds I gained from drinking my dinners eating out all the time (and not excercising) shocked me into looking for a fun way to get into shape. Signing up for a gym membership to lift weights and such is alright but experience has shown me that it’s just not enjoyable/convenient enough to keep me on track for very long, so I started looking into something else I’ve been curious about for a while, martial arts. more…

First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! I’m sure you all rang in the
new year in style! Yes, I hope you started off the year of global economic downturn with some gaiety, perhaps some hoopin’ and hollerin’, and of course, plenty of heavy drinking!
